DL TEC Solutions LTD ("we", "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data this website processes, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018. This policy covers this website only; it does not cover any separate products, platforms or services we may offer.

2. What data we collect
This website itself does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers, and does not otherwise collect personal data from visitors who simply browse the page. The only personal data we collect is what you actively submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus company, phone number and preferred contact method if you choose to provide them. We also automatically receive the IP address associated with a form submission, which is used solely to apply basic spam and abuse protection and is not linked to your identity beyond that purpose.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry and to take steps you request prior to entering into a contract, which is lawful under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where an enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and preventing abuse of the contact form, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use your data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Recipients and processors
Contact form submissions are transmitted by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.), our email delivery provider, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc., which may process technical connection data (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering the site. Where either provider involves a transfer outside the EU/EEA, it is based on the appropriate safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Retention
We retain contact form submissions only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting correspondence or business relationship, and in line with applicable statutory retention obligations (for example, accounting or tax-related documentation where a contractual relationship follows). Enquiries that do not lead to further correspondence are deleted within a reasonable period, and in any event no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing or to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
